1. The Stan Olsen Subaru Service and Parts is in the Hyundai building FYI.

2. I give them an A. 

The big guy helped me.  I was getting jug of coolant, he asked, what year, and a name for the ticket and got the coolant.

BTW they almost always want a VIN for a part because there system prefers that to year make model IMHO.

I have my VIN in my BB for such occasions.

Jug of coolant requires no knowledge. I'm just saying for a "Subaru Parts Guy" he knows nothing about Subaru's.
