Exhaust question
« on: June 27, 2012, 05:19:07 PM »
I've got an 03 mustang cobra that has borla stinger exhaust.  I need to have it raised up as it sits a little lower than I'd like.  I realize it's not a subaru but is there just a good exhaust guy in lincoln or omaha that I could take this to.  I'm not famililar with any exhaust places in Lincoln and want it done right.  Any advice would be appreciated. :subaru:

Why is it hanging low?  You may be able to put a clamp around the exhaust hangers and tighten them down.  This will raise the exhaust.

Or maybe some shorter exhaust hangers themselves?  I had to go to Napa to buy some extended hangers.  They have all different sizes of hangers.

I'd try shorter exhaust hangers first.

He does good work for low prices... I've gotten a little bit of 'tude from him in the past. I'm almost positive it's because I didn't/don't drive a domestic.

But like the others have said, try shorter exhaust hangers first.
