Stan Olsen Service
« on: December 20, 2012, 10:46:58 AM »
Well, I got tired of trying to navigate the Beardmore phone system, so I gave Stan Olsen service a call for my next oil change.  I never had any positive experiences at Beardmore anyway, so wish me luck at Stan Olsen.

Yes, usually I'd do my own oil changes, but the extra $30 is worth it for me right now to have the dealer do it.  I also have to get my squeaky seat back fixed, which is a TSB warranty item that they have to do anyway.

Hopefully Stan Olsen won't leave rags in my engine bay, or scratch the #### out of my paint.

Yours started squeaking too?  Glad it wasn't just me!

If you wanna kill some time waiting for your oil change, swing by the Subaru building!  I'd love to catch up with ya!

Olsen's service dept was the worst service related experience at a dealership I have ever had.  Been there twice and never went back.  I'd rate it the worst out of the 4 dealers in this area.  I've had nothing but good experiences at Beardmore.  Always courteous, and never had any damage to my vehicles.

Well I'll normally be doing my own changes, so I guess I'll hope for the best =/

And ya, TSB SB12-116 - Noise from front seat back, there's a nice thread on NASIOC on it =)

Thanks, Xafen.  I've only really used NASIOC a few times.  That board is just too huge for me.  Easy to get lost in the 8 billion threads going on at the same time.  I'll ask my service guys about getting those bushings replaced in mine too.
