Early modifications
« on: May 08, 2014, 06:04:05 PM »
Hey all,

I'm about to start making some small modifications to my 2013 STi limited. I was told a good starting point would be a turbo inlet, up pipe, downpipe, and a cold air intake.  Just wondering what the horsepower gain would be from this approach. Thanks!

A tune should be your first mod.  Cobb Tuning AccessPort or Opensource tune.  Then your usual Stage 2 mods like Downpipe, etc.  No need for an up pipe since yours is catless anyways. An air intake is not necessary also, the stock box is fine.  Your basic STg2 downpipe and tune will make you more then happy.  Just get rid of that nasty OEM tune.
