THE ONLY reason for the sale is I am purchasing a 2014 STI hatch back.

This car has about 30K on a Cobb Tuning Plano built motor completed August 2015. About 70K on a brand new from Subaru STI 6 speed which has had Extra S in it since new and replaced every 1. to 1.5 years. Same with the rear diff.

I spared no expense on this build and bought most of the parts brand new or very excellent condition used.

It has 2005 STI front seat conversion, Matching Alcantara in the rear seats done by my wife and the seat heaters work  as well as the airbags.

I have every record, receipt, and even mileage logs for the last 5-10 years if I can find all the office max books.

Recently it has had new windshield and cowl plastics replaced, PS pump replaced , AC and condenser replaced, Alternator replaced, stop tech BBK put on the front. Replaced the HVAC actuators, replaced the console top and flip up arm rest and mounted two new DCCD STI controls in the top.....

New tail lights and new head lights as well about a year ago as well as hatch wiring harness.


All done as PREVENTATIVE maintenance so I still have most of the working old parts.


It will get BRAND NEW from Subaru seat foam and 2005 STI seat covers for the new owner installed before pick up. With seat heaters

I also have the Bosch STI brake booster/MC conversion for the car but it would need installed. Parts will go with car.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car, does not use any oil and I drive it 30K per year for work so it is TOTALLY RELIABLE.

The body has 285K on it but the rest of the car does not. ALL HIGHWAY MILES WITH RECORDS TO PROVE IT.

Everyone that sees this car cannot believe it has this many miles because I take very critical care of my vehicles.
I have NEVER been stranded in this car, driving it daily for x-ray service since 2005 when I purchased it new.

It has normal rock chips etc on the front, a few door dings in the trim but the sheet metal is straight. It is a daily driver.


All SPARE PARTS and 2 sets of wheels will be included with the sale.

I saw this car years ago and can vouch for the meticulous care by the owner. I'm surprised this hasn't sold yet.
the bottom line is this, people just need to realize that when they buy cheap CO's [KW on down], they are buying cheap, poorly engineered shocks for the sake of having height adjust-ability. - whitetiger on legacygt.com

Seriously, I always hope it's this car and look at the brakes whenever I see a similar XT in the wild.
